The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason
Overview – This is a book Jim Rohn swears by and because he insisted on the reading of this book in his lectures and literary works it had to appear here on this list. This is very helpful and rather simple but its message is profound. A man who is a common worker ask the wisest man the richest man in town how it is he got to be successful and he tells the man to save 10% of his earnings and use 5% for borrowing. Doing this the man becomes rich because so many of the town’s people come to borrow money from the man.
Theme – Save 10% Let others borrow 5%
Biggest takeaway - Save 10% Let others borrow 5% and collect on interest.
